RETIREE PAYMENT PROCESS DATABASE ERROR MESSAGE
Patch 18648224 involves a software change so that appropriate message appears. Modified the COBOL program PAPPPYMT.cbl. Before the modification, an inappropriate message appeared when retiree process has no payments.
